On August 24, 2018, at 5:45 pm, the victim, a 30 year-old female, was walking on the 300 block of South 19th street when the first suspect seen running, snatched the victim's cell phone from her hand and ran east on Panama Street. The second suspect then ran in the same direction as the first male after the theft.
Suspect Description:
Suspect #1: Black male, 13-18 years -of-age, approximately 6'0", 130 lbs., dark complected, wearing a purple shirt, purple shorts, blue sneakers and a gold and black backpack.
Suspect #2: Black male, 13-18 years-of-age, approximately 5'5", 100 lbs., dark complected, wearing a black shirt, black shorts, orange socks, tan and white footwear and a black backpack.
