On Wednesday, August 17, 2016, at 9:00 pm, video surveillance captured an unknown black male inside an office building located at 1608 Walnut Street. While inside the suspect took numerous pieces of electronic equipment then fled in an unknown direction.
Suspect Description: Black male, 40 years-of-age, wearing a white or tan hat, blue and white plaid shirt, blue jeans, brown shoes, and carrying a black bag.
