On July 15, 2016, at 11:50 am, the victim, a 67 year-old male, was walking north on 5900 Hutchinson Street when two unknown males ran passed him. When one of the suspects stated to the victim “Give me your cell phone.” the victim ran being chased by the suspects. When the suspects caught up to the victim they began punching him in his face causing him to fall to the ground when both suspects began punching and kicking the victim about the head and body. After taking the victims cell phone and wallet containing personal identification, they fled and were last seen north on the 5900 block of Hutchinson Street. The victim was transported to Albert Einstein Medical Center by Medic where he was treated for his injuries.
Suspect Description:
Suspect #1: Black male, 20 years-of-age, 5’11”, thin build, medium brown complected, short hair, wearing a white tee shirt, and black pants.
Suspect #2: Black male, 20 years-of-age, 5’11”, thin build, medium brown complected, short hair, wearing a dark colored t-shirt, and dark colored pants.
