On July 3, 2016, at 2:30 pm, an unknown white male was captured on surveillance video gaining entry to a storage bin located on the 1xx block of brown Street by breaking the lock off the gate. Once the storage bin was open the suspect took the complainant’s bicycle, a silver mountain bicycle with red trim, then fled the area in an unknown direction.
Suspect Description: White male, 25 years-of-age, medium build, brown hair, mustache with a short beard, wearing a blue t-shirt with black sleeves, blue jeans, and carrying a black bag.
