Training today at Platinum Fitness.. Haven't done these in a while. This was after my warm up.. 1000m row & 1.5 mile run @ 8 speed... In June 2012 I couldn't even do one of these. Worked real hard until I could then I stopped about 2 months ago.. Not bad considering that's the most I ever did in a row. I did this to start my push-up pull-up pyramid, click link in the video to see the workout. I finished with an ab circuit and jogged a mile at 7 speed on the treadmill.
