On August 25, 2016, at 1:35 am, an unknown black male entered a 7-Eleven located at 6101 Ridge Avenue and approached an employee, a 39 year-old male, demanding money from the cash register while pointing a handgun at him. After the employee complied with the suspect's demands placing an undisclosed amount of money from the cash register in a bag, the suspect fled the store in an unknown direction. No injuries were reported during this incident.
Suspect Description: Black male, 30-35 years-of-age, stocky build, wearing a gray scarf or bandanna covering his face, dark colored hooded sweatshirt with a white Polo logo on the left side, gray sweatpants, black & white sneakers, white sock over his left hand, and armed with a handgun.
