On Thursday, June 30, 2016, at 2:30 pm, the complainant, a 36 year-old female, went to a Rite Aid Store located at 1334 Windrim Avenue. As the victim entered the store an unknown male who was standing in front of the Rite Aid attempting to engage her in a conversation and advised the suspect she was not interested.
Once inside the store the suspect began following her as she shopped. After a few minutes inside the store and while walking to her destination she noticed the suspect following her.
Once she arrived at her destination in the area of 13th and Fisher Street, the suspect stood outside and pulled a handgun from his back right pocket and fired (3) three shots into the front door. The suspect then fled on foot and was last seen east on Fisher Avenue toward 13th Street. There were no injuries reported during this incident.
Suspect Description: Black male, 5'9"-6’0”, 200lbs, medium brown complected, clean shaven, wearing a black “Nike” baseball cap, gray ‘Nike” t-shirt, dark colored basketball pants, dark colored backpack, and armed with a handgun.
